Classically attractive and made for Austrian winters, the RICHARD society coat is the reinvention of past Schneiders Salzburg’s Ulando coat. When Schneiders Salzburg closed its doors in Austria, STEINBOCK, a family owned and run Austrian company since 1938 recruited many of the designers and workers from Schneiders to work on Steinbock’s new Maximilian line of fine coats for men and women.  STEINBOCK has provided top-quality men’s and women’s outerwear apparel for over half a century that is designed and produced in Steinbock’s Tyrolean factory outside of Innsbruck, Austria. The RICHARD has a classic design with minimal details, keeping the RICHARD a stylish everyday-wear coat. The RICHARD is made of 100% Noble Loden, a high-end, 80% wool/20% cashmere blend for extra luxury and durability while making it warmer and a bit lighter weight than a typical men’s wool coat. Straight, flattering, cut. The RICHARD offers excellent wind protection and water repellency. Steinbock fabrics are specially manufactured to withstand winter’s wet, cold weather. Fully lined in 50% acetate/50% viscose. Side welt pockets with interior pocket. Tab closure at sleeves. Defined shoulder seams. Length is 34 inches (86 cm). Fit is true with room to layer.
