| Geiger's boiled wool bubble coat, the 17030, is the perfect combination of fun and functionality. The bubble effect is not only in the torso, but is also mirrored in the sleeves and collar. The sleeve ends are gathered at the ends for a nice finish, and the collar can be worn up, rolled down, partially or completely open. The length is the perfect car coat length at 95 cm, 37 inches long (the longest of this season's Geiger coats). The navy is a true dark navy that has made such a resurgence and is so popular this fall. Metal buttons are nickle free and give an updated look. Oversized welt pockets are bubble shaped and provide ample room. Unlined so as to provide superior body insulation with the boiled wool. As with all Geiger boiled wool, their outstanding workmanship shows in the stretchability of the wool without sacrificing the weight of the wool. Other lesser quality wools show through when stretched, Geiger's boiled wool is solid. Fit is relaxed and oversized, so AlpenStyle has adjusted sizing to accommodate U.S. preferences. US size 10 will require a European size 38 and will still allow for layering of a sweater or blazer underneath. 100% made in Austria.
