The details added to the 22702, 100% extra fine lambswool sweater by Ivko are just amazing; discovering them all is half the fun of this mix of Alpine traditional detailing and updated colors and patterns. Textures abound with the lambswool knit on sleeves and bodice, flat wool panels in grey on pockets and back panel, the assymetrical stitching highlighted by the addition of ribbons with center hand painted wooden buttons, and on the front, a functioning metal locket hangs by a delicately knitted yarn braid . And that isn't all! The sleeves are finished by a thick, soft wool yarn in light green, crotched at an angle. The back has the traditional Alpine back belt offset by the one ribbon and button. The deep red base color, like the rich Russian red of last year, works so well with the grey. The zipper's pull and teeth are both red to tie in with the colorful nature of this sweater.
