The longest of Ivko’s Fall 2012 sweaters AlpenStyle is featuring, the 22617 is stunning in person. The geometric pattern is not too busy and lends more of a sophistication than some of the more "funky" patterns and bright mix of colors on other styles. The mix of teal, red and cream with touches of gold, is one of Ivko's unexpected, but brilliantly done mixes of colors. The signature back vent/pleat gives great ease-of-movement and is such a beautiful detail when you are walking. Allow an hour or so during the first wear to let pleat hang flat and relax against the body. The 100% extra fine lambswool feels like Merino with its super soft, yet silky texture. The A-line fit is true and super flattering. Length is 85 cm (33.5 inches). If wanting to layer or have additional roominess, order one size up as bust and upper arm sleeves are more fitted. Size Medium fits a U.S. size 8, extra large fits a U.S. size 12). Cuffed sleeves are sewn, i.e. tacked in place, so the cuff stays up and in place, unlike many knitted cuffs that roll down by the end of the day. Made in and imported from Europe (Belgrade, Serbia).
